Request It is a request engine that standardizes the request process. Requests to a PHI-nd IT™ customer site drop directly into the PHI-nd IT™ Health Information Management (HIM) workflow tool appearing as electronic requested records.

e-Deliveries. The e-delivery mechanism in PHI-nd IT™ delivers a message to the recipient (their email address must be on file) that a medical record request is ready and available for their retrieval.

Groups frequently receiving medical record information may have this centralized to a Request IT “Affinity Portal” where the Request It mechanism also becomes the retrieval mechanism.

By tying a common request process and delivery mechanism to the core release of information (ROI) activity, the entire cycle of Request - Processing - QA - Delivery - HIPAA Audit Tracking can be tied together. By extending the request and delivery mechanisms to various communities surrounding Universata’s customer site locations, we are able to systematically build a self-funded Health Information Exchange Community.
